Mr. Martinez is the Founder, CEO, and President of MAM Wealth Management LLC, a financial and wealth management group based in Los Angeles. Mr. Martinez's finance career started as Finance Banking Officer for ABLE International, where he was responsible for the financial strength of 120 organizations around the world. Currently he advises various groups and organizations regarding investments, financial and management issues with a proven track record.
He is also responsible for opening children's learning centers as well as drug rehabilitation centers in Europe. In the U.S., Alex worked as an Executive Branch Officer for Transamerica Financial Services, managing a $50 million real estate portfolio. He later served as Vice President of Investment Services with Morgan Stanley & Co for over 7 years and from there he represents numerous clients with the complexities of the investment world in areas of securities markets, real estate investments, risk management and estate planning.
Presently, Mr. Martinez is involved with Narconon and Applied Scholastics, non profit organizations helping with educational issues and the drug education problems. Mr. Martinez earned a Business Psychology and Business Administration degree from the University of Barcelona, Spain, with additional training in personal finance and international finance from UCLA Extension and a member of the WISE Charter in Pasadena. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, French and Catalan.
Daniel Becerra, is a vice president at MAM Wealth Management LLC and has been with the firm since 2009. He brings over nine years of extensive knowledge in the areas of operations, compliance, and servicing high net worth clients in the financial service arena.
His career began in 2000, in operations at Morgan Stanley. He was rapidly promoted to Branch Operations Manager for an office with over $1.5 billion assets under management. Later on, he was recruited by Banc of America Investment Services, to work on their Los Angeles Trade Floor, and became Vice President before his 30th birthday. He later joined Oppenheimer and Co., Inc. as Senior Financial Associate with a multi-million dollar production team.
He attended Rio Hondo Community College, and followed on to study Business Law at California State University, Los Angeles. He currently holds the following Securities Licenses: NASD Series 7, Series 66, Series 31, and California Insurance License. In addition, he holds the following Principal Licenses: NASD Series 24, Series 9 and 10. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Wilma Kiernan earned a bachelor's degree in Management and International Business Marketing from Sonoma State University. Mrs. Kiernan also has extensive industry experience in retail, financial services, and software. Mrs. Kiernan holds the FINRA Series 28 license (Financial and Operations Principal – Introducing Broker Dealers) and is fluent in Spanish.
Camille, formerly an Associate Vice-President with Credit Suisse First Boston's High Net Worth, Private Client Services Division, has specialized in Legal and Compliance for over nine years. She is a Dean's Scholar graduate from U.S.C. Camille also holds a Series 7, 24, 63, 65, 9 and 10 license and a California Department of Real Estate Broker's license.
Marilin has over five years experience working in account management. From managing print ads for advertising clients to coordinating projects for big studio entertainment, Marilin always provides her clients with the courteous service they need. She is now one of the newest members of the MAM Wealth Management family.
Bilingual, and born in Rosario, Argentina, Marilin devotes her spare time to her home in Valley Village, her family, and her pet parakeets. Marilin also enjoys participating in visual studio arts and volunteering her time to her husband’s studio of music production.

Rafael studied Business Administration as an undergraduate student at the University of Southern California, holds an MBA from Pepperdine University's Presidential Key Executive MBA program, a Law degree from Western State University and a Masters degree in Financial Planning from Kansas State University. He is also a graduate of the Wharton School of Business Executive Education program with a certificate in Strategy and holds a certification in Project management from Rutgers University. He is also a graduate of USC's Ross Minority Real Estate Development program.
He began his career in 1983 at Merrill Lynch serving the individual retail investor. His career led him to Management where he served as Senior Vice President and manager of the second most profitable in branch in the US of Morgan Stanley Corporation, with over $3.7 billion dollars under management and responsible of 43 financial advisors. He was in charge of branch expansion, profitability, legal and compliance.
In 2003 he incorporated consulting into is wealth management company when he formed the Hispanic Business Development Group. Rafael continues to manage assets for his clients through Wealth Management Associates LLC and along with Arroyo Partners is developing beachfront property in Baja California, Mexico.
In addition to his activities he serves as an industry arbitrator for the NASD and serves on the faculty of Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management.
Rafael was a frequent guest lecturer at the World Trade Center where he spoke on such diverse topics as Retail Investment Manager selection, Client acquisition strategies, Options strategies, Retail branch Compliance procedures, Client data base management and business development.
